| The enzymes in this section of the database are organized as you would find them in the
Enzyme-Nomenclature book. If you click on any of the numbers on the left-hand side, you retrieve
all of the enzyme entries within a class, e.g. all EC 1 entries. If you click on the name on the
right-hand side of the + icon, you get a description of that class, subclass etc. By clicking on
the [+] icon, you get to the next level of detail. For example, clicking on the [+] icon for EC 1
gives a list of all subclasses in that class. You can continue to click on the [+] icon down to the
level of individual entries. You can also reduce the level of detail provided
by clicking on the [-] icon next to an item that has been expanded.
