Isolated from the mold Cladosporium sp. G-10. Acts on N6-(carboxymethyl)lysine, 6-[(carboxymethy)amino]hexanoic acid, sarcosine and N-ethylglycine. It has negligible action on glycine (cf. EC 1.4.3.19 glycine oxidase). |
