Comments: The enzyme, characterized from the bacterium Corynebacterium glutamicum, is a single-component hydroxylase. The enzyme has no activity with NADH. cf. EC, resorcinol 4-hydroxylase (NADH), and EC, resorcinol 4-hydroxylase (FADH2).
