This enzyme catalyses a reaction similar to that of EC 2.4.1.214, glycoprotein 3-α-L-fucosyltransferase, but transfers the L-fucosyl group from GDP-β-L-fucose to form an α1,6-linkage rather than an α1,3-linkage. |
